Eligiblity For Certificates

To be eligible for the Aarambh Certificate, Participants must meet the following criteria:

1. Attendance Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 days per week without gate duty.
• Minimum of 2 days per week with gate duty
2. Gate Duty Responsibilities:
• Participants assigned gate duty are required to receive students from the main gate and escort them to the Aarambh area.
• Additionally, participants must escort students back to the main gate from the Aarambh area.

Volunteer Roles

We have several volunteer roles available, including:

• PROJECT MANAGER: Coordinates and oversees event planning and execution.
• TEAM MANAGER: Manages social media strategy and content creation.
• ASSISTANT TEAM MANAGER: Engages students and supports social media activities.
• EVENT HEAD: Provide support with office tasks and documentation.
• INVENTORY HEAD: Manages and organizes fundraising activities and inventory.
• ASSISTANT INVENTORY MANAGER: Aids in tracking and managing fundraising inventory.
• DONATION HEAD: Oversees donation campaigns and maintains donor relations.
• ASSISTANT DONATION HEAD: Assists with donation efforts and donor engagement.
• IT HEAD: Manages IT infrastructure and technical support.
• ASSISTANT IT HEAD: Supports IT maintenance and provides technical assistance.
